Meet Alice Warner, WHNP

Hi, I’m Alice Warner, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience as an advanced practice provider and a lifelong passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin.

My journey in healthcare began when I was just 20 years old. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare roles, each one shaping the way I care for my patients today. I believe great care is about more than a treatment or procedure—it’s about listening, building trust, and taking the time to understand what makes each person feel like the best version of themselves.

In 2025, I opened Frozen In Time Aesthetics with a vision of creating something different from the traditional med spa experience. I wanted a boutique practice where patients never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. My approach to aesthetics is personal and individualized, with a focus on enhancing your natural features and creating beautiful results that still look like you.

Outside of Frozen In Time, I’m a mom of three grown children who have officially left the nest, which means I’m learning to enjoy this new chapter of life—and finding a little more time for the things I love. You can usually find me with a good book, relaxing by the pool, traveling somewhere new, attempting to escape an escape room, or getting a little too competitive during game night.

After more than two decades in healthcare, what I love most hasn’t changed: connecting with people and helping them feel good about themselves. Frozen In Time Aesthetics brings together my years of healthcare experience, my love for aesthetics, and my belief that beauty should never be about becoming someone else.

It’s about feeling confident in the person you already are—and creating results that look natural and feel timeless.

Serving Gilbert & the East Valley

Frozen In Time Aesthetics is based in the heart of Historic Downtown Gilbert’s Heritage District, where clients pair a Botox visit with a stop at Liberty Market, Joe’s Real BBQ, Postino, or the weekend Gilbert Farmers Market beneath the iconic Water Tower — and never fight for parking, thanks to the free lot behind our building. Beyond downtown, we welcome clients from across Gilbert’s established neighborhoods, including Agritopia, Morrison Ranch, Power Ranch, Seville, Val Vista Lakes, and Layton Lakes, as well as families near Freestone Park, Cosmo Dog Park, and the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch.

Clients drive in from across the East Valley of Maricopa County — Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, and San Tan Village — for appointments at our Downtown Gilbert studio. We don’t offer in-home visits, but we do travel for private events and parties, so bridal groups, birthdays, and girls’ nights can be hosted on location by arrangement.
